Most skincare products apply active ingredients to the surface of the skin. The stratum corneum — your skin's outermost barrier — is designed to keep things out. It does its job too well. The Ceramided™ Solution
Ceramides are the lipids that make up 50% of your skin's barrier structure. They are the "mortar" between skin cells. Because the stratum corneum is built from ceramides, it recognises ceramide-based structures as "self" — and allows them to pass through.
d.nuvo's patented Ceramided™ technology wraps each active molecule in a ceramide lipid shell. This does three things simultaneously:
